4th Annual Celebration Gala

WAFF honored Sir Elton John (Humanitarian Award), Quincy Jones (Mattie J.T. Stepanek Peacemaker Award), Tommy Hilfiger (Visionary Award) and The Comcast Family of Companies (Corporate Visionary Award) at the 4th Annual Gala Celebration on April 25, 2006 at the Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom. A special recognition award was given to teen band Creation for their extraordinary efforts by donating all proceeds from their debut album World Without Windows to WAFF. The event was hosted by Montel Williams, and included a star-studded VIP reception, dinner, awards ceremony and full-length concert featuring CHIC and special musical guests. Thanks to all those who came out to support WAFF!
