Mr. Meyers currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Aspatuck Holdings Ltd., a New York-based private equity firm that he founded in 2002 to specialize in corporate restructurings as well as provide capital for emerging growth companies. Mr. Meyers is also Managing Director of ICM Capital Markets Ltd., Chairman of Turbodyne Technologies, Inc. (TRBD-OTC) and CEO of TriMedia Entertainment Group, Inc. (TMEG-OTC). Mr. Meyers is a guitar and music enthusiast, and has an extensive collection of guitars and rock n' roll memorabilia.
