Award-winning writer, editor, reporter and Bureau Chief at Time Inc. since 1953, Richard Stolley is currently Senior Editorial Adviser of Time Inc. He founded People magazine and was named to the American Society of Magazine Editors' Hall of Fame in 1996. Among his other awards is the Henry Johnson Fisher Award for Lifetime Achievement in magazines, the most prestigious award the industry bestows from the Magazine Publishers of America. He has also edited three best-selling photographic histories of the 20th century.
