Project: Let's Conserve
In the early stages of his climate advocacy, Tariq noticed that many people in his community and among his generation did not recognize how ecological issues connected to their everyday lives. He founded Let's Conserve to bridge that gap through storytelling, technology, and public mobilization. The initiative has reached 470,000+ people with diverse engagements and creative campaigns that transform the triple planetary crisis into relatable stories and practical insights, paired with accessible ways to take action. Tariq hosts eco-literacy sessions in communities where climate conversations are rare, serves on global youth councils, and in response to environmental apathy, develops digital tools with the United Nations that expand access to environmental education and climate action. His conviction is that challenges at this scale must be solved collectively. By connecting people with knowledge, resources and community, he is building a movement designed to connect people as much as inform them.
