A lifelong learner and entrepreneur at heart, Pierre uses his passions for education, entrepreneurship and self-improvement to empower people to unleash their potential. At 13, he joined the Academy of the professional Football team, Le Mans FC, where he learned the importance of deliberate practice and peak performance. At 21, Pierre joined one of France’s top business schools, ESCP Europe, but dropped out after two years to build his own entrepreneurship school, Silicon Students.
As founder and CEO, Pierre built a community and educational environment for young aspiring entrepreneurs. Their flagship program was a 2-month summer boot camp in Silicon Valley connecting 45 aspiring entrepreneurs from 15+ countries with 50+ mentors and speakers over 3 summers. At 27, Pierre co-founded Founders of the Future with Brent Hoberman CBE and launched at 10 Downing Street in March of 2016. Their mission is to build a world-class pool of diverse and exceptional entrepreneurial talent who will build tomorrow’s high impact sustainable startups. They build a suite of programmes, events and tools to support aspiring entrepreneurs in every step of their journey to become tech founders. They have an invite-only community of future founders under 35, organise a yearly startup competition for young entrepreneurs under 25 (The F Factor), run innovations workshops and hackathons with corporates, and are working on more initiatives to fulfill their mission.
Between his two organizations, Pierre has organised 100+ events over the past 7 years impacting thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs. Pierre has been featured in 30+ media outlets and online articles including Forbes, Wired UK, La Tribune, TheNextWeb and Pandodaily. He was also recently featured in the Financial Times as one of The UK’s top 100 BAME leaders in technology in 2018 and has mentored for Techstars Startupboost program, Kickstart and Nile Rodgers’s We Are Family Foundation.
